Stir-Fry Chicken and Vegetables
This was really good. It was easy to make and you can add any veggies you want and make it your own. I didn't have green peppers so I used mushrooms, broccoli can of La Choy stir fry vegetables I had buried in the cabinet. It was perfect. My boys loved it. Don't need any extra seasoning. Flavored perfectly.

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin
Made this the first time for a Sunday dinner. We had family stop by unexpectedly that stayed for dinner. I used venison tenderloin, instead of beef and it was wonderful. My family and dinner guests were still talking about how good this dish was a few days later. Only advice I would add is to be careful not to overcook. Cook to medium, especially venison. Could easily dry out.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
OK this is an awesome base recipe. As I was reading the other reviews and preparing it, I did make some suggested adjustments. My family asked for this all the time. (1) add salt, pepper, and garlic, (2) double the sauce but keep the cream cheese and worcestershire the same, (3) use Golden Mushroom or don't make this at all, (4) reduce the cooking time to about 5-6 hours on low, (5) add a "dollup" of sour cream when you add the cream cheese to get an extra "tang", (6) add a beef bullion cube, (7) add a half packet of onion soup mix, (8) serve over egg noodles, (9) add sauteed mushrooms about 1/2 an hour before serving.
