Creamy Sausage Dip
This was very, very good! I made it and took it to a church potluck and was told -"it better show up there next month"! I had so many people commenting on how good it was! I served it with tortilla chips. I also put a couple dashes of worcestershire sauce and a shake of garlic powder. I doubled the recipe with no problem. I also rinsed the cooked sausage so try and remove some of the greasiness. I will be making this again next month per requests! Try it, I was skeptical but it is really good and it has ingredients I tend to have on hand or in the freezer.

Chocolate Cherry Cake III
We loved this! It was so yummy. I made just like it said but used a can of no sugar added cherry pie filling & reduced sugar chocolate cake mix with Splenda (trying to cut back on white sugar) and also when I made the icing I used 1/2 cup Splenda in place of the full cup of sugar and it was fine! I also reduced the butter to 3 tbsp. I also added a bit more almond flavoring. My mother who doesn't like ANYTHING lowcal or low sugar thought this was yummy too! This is so moist and delicious! Try it you'll love it!

Homemade Chicken Fettuccine
Just made this for the first time and it was wonderful but I added 5 cloves of FRESH crushed garlic and increased the cream to 2 cups. I also added about 1 teaspoon of basil for a little color & flvor and will add fresh broccoli the next time. The sauce WILL thicken - just give it TIME! It is worth the wait!
