Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I've made this soup multiple times now, and it's been awesome every time. Definitely deserves five stars!

Best Bread Machine Bread
Best bread I've made in my machine EVER, hands down! Followed the recipe to the letter (and I did use canola oil, but it was mentioned in one of the two-star ratings not to use it, but no problem here!), and added nothing extra that was mentioned in the reviews...no problem! I've also had trouble in the past with my crust being too hard and thick, but not with this recipe...the crust was as good as the rest of the bread!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant
I was pretty leery about this recipe after The Great Marshmallow Fondant Failure (lol) and reading the negative reviews on this one. I was FLOORED at how well and easy this turned out to be!!! Tastes exactly like buttercream flavor, and by cutting the Crisco in half like some of the other posters did, I got that nice matte finish. I made a very small test batch because I was NOT going to waste all those ingredients again after the colossal failure of the marshmallow fondant! I am not ready to put it on a cake yet (was waiting until I found a recipe that worked!!) but I did a "test run" on the bottom of a round bowl and on a square butter dish, and had ONE area that had very faint cracks that could easily be fixed. And I didnt even need to use cornstarch like some others did. And this is my FIRST time making fondant! Totally deserves all five of its stars! :):):)
