Stuffed Zucchini on the Grill

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2006
I did this in the oven, and topped it with pepperjack cheese and bread crumd. Even my husband who doesn't care for stuffed squashes or vegatarian dishes really likes this.

Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2007
Excellent. Would be just as good with less processed cheese or a good bit more macoroni, and I needed a little more cream. (used low fat half & half).

Amish Friendship Bread Starter

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2008
This recipe is amazing! The texture looks like it should be in a magazine. I made it for Thanksgiving and again for Easter. Everybody raves about it. It is a bit sweet, so as a dinner bread I cut the sugar and cinnimon in the loaf in half. It still could be cut down more. To serve for breakfast or with coffee it is great as printed.

This was very good and different. I did not have brandy so I substituted Southern Comfort. Bourbon would work well too.

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 30, 2008
The flavor of this dish was amazing. Even my hard to please husband loved it. I reduced the oil by a tablespoon to save on fat. The marinade would be great with chicken and fish as well as pork. I will use it often.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: May 31, 2008
I used to make a dip with this topping and loved it, so this wa so wonderful and moist. I used reduced fat Mayo, and took a reviewers advice and replace half the mayo with sour cream, only I used the fat free. I would have used the reduced fat if I had any but it was still great and will make it the same way again. I can't wait till the next time I have company to serve this. It looks and tastes like a company dish.

Pierogi Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2008
We loved this. It was a different way to enjoy an almost meatless meal. I used instant potatoes and it was very good, so fresh ones would be excellent. My husband, who isn't a fan of pasta, commented on how good it was.
