Delicious! My husband even had seconds and my daughter just loved it. I thought it was going to be bland and dry but thought to give it a try to do something different with chicken. It was very moist and crunchy. I read some of the reviews and thought to add a little here and there as well. First of all, I seasoned my chicken beforehand(pepper, seasoning salt and onion power) and I also cut the breasts in halves. I also added 1/4 cup of flour to crumb mixture to help the crumbs stick to the chicken plus onion power, garlic powder and paprika to the crumb mixture - all in a large ziplock bag. After dipping in the eggs, I placed about 3 pieces of chicken in the bag with the crumb mix and shook until each was fully coated and placed in glass 9x13 pan - repeat until all chicken pieces are coated. Any crumbs left over, I pressed it onto the chicken for extra crispyness. Then I followed the recipe in regards to butter, temp and cooking time. Can't wait for tonight's leftovers per my daughter!
