Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

I am not usually a sauce or gravy lover but this sauce is DIVINE! I swear I could drink it by the cup! I serve this with red potatoes to add some color. I've made this several times and it has become a family favorite. I pretty much follow the recipes as it, maybe adding garlic but basically its perfect!

Spicy Tortilla Roll-Ups

This is good but I made a few changes. I add a packet of dry Italian dressing to the cream cheese & use slightly less peppers unless you like it very spicy! I also add ham slices & shredded cheese before I roll it up. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, wrap it in foil before putting in therefrigerator & it will be easier to slice.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Have made this several times to rave reviews. Like several reviewers I have made a few changes. I add garlic & worchesthire sauce, use a dark beer, melt provolone or swiss cheese on teh bread. Make sure you have a small bowl of juice to dip tha sandwich in!

Spanish Rice

This recipe was very easy and did turn out good. It was a little bland even though I used paste and added garlic salt. Next time I think I will add some fresh garlic and I think it would be perfect.

Pasta Carbonara I

Very good - I loved this recipe and I'm picky about my pasta. I added frozen peas to mine. It gives it a nice taste.

Gingerbread Cookies I

This is a good recipe for gingerbread. My sons's best friend actually offered me his weeks allowance if I would make them for him again! They were a little strong tasting for me but that could be the type of molasses I used.

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

My 2 year old is WILD for these cookies! He can't eat enough of them. they were also a big hit at our Bible study. I added raisins as well. Definitely a keeper!

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

My family enjoyed this recipe. I also added about 2 cups of milk to the soup and combined my cheese and bread crumbs to make a nice topping. I will be making this again!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole I

I was not fond of this recipe. It was VERY runny (I should have followed some of the earlier suggestions to cut down on the soups)and it did not have an appealing apperance at all. It wsa tasty but it looked very unappetizing.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

I had never tried a similar recipe..I always thought trying to roll dough around a candy would be too much of a pain. I'm glad I didn't let it stop me from trying this recipe! It wasn't too time consuming at all and the cookie is delicious!
