Kookie, you definately deserve 5 stars for this concoction! This has been my favorite steak marinade for about 2 years now. I've used it on top sirloin, strip loin, and even my expensive ribeye steaks, and it has turned out amazing every time. I change it up a bit depending on what I have on hand, I have made it exactly as written and with various changes. Today it was strip loin steaks. I left out the lemon juice because I wanted to marinate all day (acidic ingedients like lemon can toughen meat after about 2 hours. Do try it with the Lemon though, its fabulous!). Instead I added about a teaspoon or so of dijon mustard. I used all fresh herbs and garlic, frank's red-hot, marinated about 10 hours and then threw em on the grill. Mmmmmmm...so delicious!
