This wasn't bad, I added the onion and garlic like the other users and I used canned cut green beans instead. My brats seemed to have a sweet taste so I think the Worcestershire sauce would have gave it the taste I was hoping for. Unfortunately I didn't have any on hand. Not sure if I'd make this again.

Southern Fried Cabbage

Excellent recipe, easy and great tasting. I added more bacon with a little olive oil. I also removed the bacon and cooked down the cabbage/onion a bit, then added the bacon back in. Also sprinkle is some crushed red pepper to heat it up some. Kiss your Mammaw for a great recipe :-)

Cube Steak Parmesan

Thank you for such a delicious recipe! I seasoned my steaks first and used a jar of Ragu and added more seasonings. I served it on top of whole wheat spaghetti noodles. The finished product came out extremely tasty! This is a winner and a new addition to my recipe stash!

Spanish Moroccan Fish

Omigoodness, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious flavors this dish has! I didn't have carrots or olives, but we could live without those ingredients. I used a can of whole tomatoes instead. I love my food well seasoned so I added a few extra spices directly to the fish(adobo/season salt). This was superb and has now become a favorite in my recipe arsenal! Thank you for submitting this!

Kidney Beans and Rice

I made this tonight and it was quite tasty. I only used 1 lbs of ground beef and added more of the listed seasonings. I added a side of green beans and garlic bread to round this meal out. I'll also be adding this to my recipe box for a quick easy meal! Thanks!

Mom's Chicken Cacciatore

I made this last night and truly enjoyed it and so did my 5 year old. I follow the receipe pretty close except I ussed about 3 large chicken breast, which I seasoned with Italian spices before dipping in the flour. I also added chicken broth, to have more sauce. This was an instant classic and was immediately saved in my receipe box. Thanks!

Tomato Pork Loin Chops

I made this tonight, it was a very easy and tasty dish. I followed the suggestions of the previous posters and utilized a can of diced tomatoes with my 6 cutlets. I didn't have any fennel, so I had to omit that as well. I loved all the spices and would recommend seasoning your pork loins before browning. I also added two cloves of crushed garlic while cooking the sliced onions. I also added a bit of Italian salad dressing while it simmered. Next time I won't add the water either, although it didn't hurt the taste. I made a side of rice, with green beans and bisquits. Turned out great!

Chicken Wings Fricassee

Very quick and easy, I only made 6 wings and it came out great. I used more seasonings, like "Chef Paul's Poultry Magic", Adobo and Cajun spices as well. I also used 1 can of chicken broth instead of water and two cloves of garlic. I will add this to my collection of recipes.

Beef Tips and Noodles

This was a very quick and easy recipe to make! However, I made it before reading the other reviews. I somewhat followed the receipe, however I added a few slices of onion and two cloves of crushed garlic. I also seasoned the meat with Adobo seasoning and pepper. I also covered mine with foil, I think this prevented the meat and gravy from drying out. I also added extra 1/2 cup of water. I have to admit that it was a bit too salty, however the next time I make this I will use only half of the Lipton's soup mix, which should solve the problem. I would also like to try milk instead of water. Other than that, this was a great recipe that will definitely be used again!! Thank you!
