Made this exactly as recipe states. Very good base but a bit bland at the end, so I added Jane's Krazy Mixed-up Salt to taste and it made it over the top. One tip, dice the potatoes small, the bit's I got with large potatoes were starchy and more bland. Will def make again!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Oh my!!! These are fantastic. I went 30 years without ever trying a Brussel Sprout. Had them at Philly's #1 restaurant Vetri a few months ago and I am ADDICTED! This recipe was so great and SO EASY and fast. Just tailor the cook time to how well done you like them, I like them burnt!

Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

Excellent!!!! Deep fried (in an indoor electric turkey frier) a 7 lb turkey breast for my boyfriend and I. Used the entire rub on the turkey breast and it turned out perfect!!! Took about 55 minutes for it to be done (which was about 10 minutes longer than expected). Will use this recipe only from here on out!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Like an idiot, I did not read the reviews before I tried this recipe. It was way too HOT! The pork was very juicy and flavorful once we cut off the crust.

Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce

OMG This was soooo good!. Took other cooks advice and used heavy whipping cream instead of half and half. Also added a small yellow onion and meatballs. Served it with "Cheesy Garlic Bread" and it was a fantastic meal!

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley

I HATE veggies, but I loved this!! The only problem was that it was way too salty. I actually had to rinse this dish off with hot water before I served it. After that it was perfect!! Will make again and again.

Easy Paella

Loved this. My father-in-law said it was "restaurant quality". Did not change a thing. Did have to search 3 grocery stores before I found saffron, but it was well worth it. Make sure you use extra large skillets, this will feed a crowd!

Baked Scallops

Did not like this at all. Probably my fault though, only had frozed scallops on hand and the final product ended up really salty. (When frozen, some companies soak seafood in brine.) Didn't like the topping either, it really did not have any flavor. Will probably not try again, even if I do have fresh scallops.

Traditional Reuben Casserole

This was fantastic!!!!! I toasted the bread prior assembling the casserole and it did not get soggy at all. I also decrease the amount of swiss cheese to 2 cups. Other than that, followed the recipe exactly and was very happy with the results. This will definitely become one of our regular recipes.

Grilled Asian Chicken

This was excellent!! Used chicken breast tenderloins instead of regular chicken breasts and had great flavor. I'm not a huge fan of chicken (too boring), but I loved this!!

Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

I just made this for our father's day barbeque and it was gobbled up by everyone!!! I doubled the recipe and marinated it overnight and it was close to being the best steak I have ever made at home. Fantastic recipe!

World's Best Potato Salad

Not bad, but not the best. I doubled everything and had enough dressing for at least 4 batches. I recommend if you want to double it, only double the potatoes, celery, etc... (not the dressing).

Onion Cheese Cornbread

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This was the best chili I have ever had. My husband loved it and we have enough to last us a week. Was definitely spicy (I left out 1 jalapeno and it was still hot!) Other than that didn't change a thing.
