Sugar Spiced Almonds

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2010
Before making this recipe, change the oil to pour on the nuts, not mix with sugar, then they will coat much easier and the sugar mixture will stick perfectly! They are very spicy so to tone down the heat put less cayanne and chili peppers, to make a little sweeter add 1 tbl brown sugar and even maple syrup to the nuts with the oil. Very versitile, change it up to suit your tastes.

Although it takes some time coming up with the ingredients-coffee, wasabi paste, dark beer, it is well worth the effort! i used chicken sausage and ground chicken, bought a black coffee a tim hortons, used my wasabi from sushi and bought 1 can of rickards dark beer. Then put it all together as per instructions-delicious!!

Baked Spaghetti with Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2006
If you marinate the chicken ahead of time then this dish is a quick and easy supper. A nice change from regular spaghetti, I didn't use many vegetables and found one can of sauce perfect for the recipe.

I was sceptical of these cookies but they were easy and really delicious. No need to whip the butter forever just follow the directions for prefect cookies, mine were crumbly when i was finished mixing but actually cooked up great, i give a 5 because they are so easy to make with only 4 ingredients, and the cook time was fast as well i followed someone elses recommendation of 350 for 10 min, i also used whole wheat flour-delicious! they really do melt in your mouth!

Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2011
The recipe was very easy to prepare, i did how some suggested and added more cornstarch and lemon. I will take out the cinnimon next time as it covered the blueberry taste i was looking for. you must wait until the pie has completley cooled for it not be runny, and i cooked it at a less temp, but found my underneath was not fully cooked so next time i will pre cook this for a few min as well.
