Kay's Shortbread
I used whole wheat so may need whit flour, easy to make but not as buttery as other recipes i have tried

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
I was sceptical of these cookies but they were easy and really delicious. No need to whip the butter forever just follow the directions for prefect cookies, mine were crumbly when i was finished mixing but actually cooked up great, i give a 5 because they are so easy to make with only 4 ingredients, and the cook time was fast as well i followed someone elses recommendation of 350 for 10 min, i also used whole wheat flour-delicious! they really do melt in your mouth!

Easy Gravy
HOLY EASY!! UNBELIEVABLY EASY , QUICK AND DELICIOUS!! i added 2 cups of drippings and water from pan, which was still hot from roast chicken, 1 packet of chicken bouillion to pot, mixed corn starch and water--added to pot, added paprika, sage, onion and garlic powder and brought to a boil, boiled for 1 min, added salt and pepper, voila! delicious!
