To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Oh my goodness - if I could have given these six stars I would have. They are wonderful. I made them three times in one week! One tip: if you're in a rush, cinnamon-sugar makes a wonderful topping.

Mexican Wedding Cake

Oh my goodness, this cake is to die for! I only put 1 cup of sugar in the cake and used regular milk in the sauce, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. My whole family loved this cake. Beware, it's addicting!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I made this for a friend's birthday and she loved it! I omitted the chocolate chips (on account I didn't have any) but it was wonderful anyway. I paired this cake with the Fluffy White Filling and Satiny Chocolate Glaze from this website. My friend said it tasted like a giant Little Debbie cake!

Fluffy White Filling

This turned into a pretty fluffy white filling. I paired it with the Too Much Chocolate Cake and Satiny Chocolate glaze from this website for a friend's birthday cake. She said it tasted like a giant Little Debbie cake!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Absolutely divine! My whole family (three younger siblings and parents) loved this recipe. I did use less cheese than it called for, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. It's definitely a keeper.

Sugar Cookie Icing

I had to add a good bit of extra corn syrup to make it dippable, but the icing dried smooth and bright. A note to future users: because the powdered sugar has corn starch in it, the icing resists pressure when stirred. If your icing seems stiff, try stirring it more gently and it should "behave."

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I made these with butter substitute (supposedly for baking) and the dough turned out really wet and sticky so I had to add extra flour. As a result they were kind of bland. I'm sure they'd be much better if you used real butter. They baked up nicely, though.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Thank you so much! Finally I've found a whole wheat bread that is a pleasure to eat. I did use margarine instead of shortening, used two cups of whole wheat flour and one cup bread flour, and added 3 Tbsp of wheat gluten.

Luscious Lima Bean Soup II

We used canned lima beans and it turned out too salty. I wasn't very impressed but it may be better if you use frozen lima beans.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies VII

These are great. I used 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar. I also doubled the cinnamon and boiled the raisins as other reviewers said. These cookies are a little cakier than I like, but still are really good!

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

This was a great recipe. Even my picky little brother liked it. :) A word of caution though, garam masala has a lot of black pepper in it, so go easy on it and the cayenne until you've tasted the sauce to see if you like it hotter.
