Bread Pudding II
My 11 year old granddaughter did this recipe today. My 7 year old granddaughter came in and took a bite and said this is delicious. Let's make it again. Neither of my granddaughters had tried bread pudding. I did it with cream instead of milk. And even though I didn't raisin, the bread pudding will be gone tonight. Especially at my granddaughter home that took 3/4 of it home. GREAT RECIPE

Simple Grilled Lamb Chops
My husband and next door neighbors loved this recipe. The meat had an excellent flavor. I also made a marinate of soy sauce and sliced jalapenos which I added over the chops. I have been telling my brother is make this and I hope he does.

Prime Rib Au Jus with Yorkshire Pudding
After reading previous reviews, I adjusted the meat temperature to 125 degrees before lowing the oven temp to 325 and let it cook for 1 hr. Afterward the roast was totally covered for 30 minutes on top of the stove. I did the 3 eggs with the rest of the ingredients to 1 cup for the flour and milk to make 12 muffins. My husband and son-in-law advised this was the best Prime Rib ever and to make it again. My SIL thoroughly enjoyed the Yorkshire Pudding and watching them in the oven. It was great!
