Amish Slaw

Delicious if you like a sweet, tangy slaw. It would still be good if you reduce the sugar by 30-50%.

Nat and Darcy's Amazing Eggplant Lasagna

I love this recipe and have made it many times. I like to add chopped fresh basil to the ricotta. Fast, easy, simple and delicious!!!!
