Quick and Easy Lemon Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2010
Myself and my family members all loved this pie! I made it for a BBQ over the weekend and there wasn't a crumb left! The only thing I would suggest is using soft cream cheese instead of a block because the block doesn't melt down smoothly in the pie. It still tasted great though and I will definitely be making this again and again!

Holiday Burritos

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2010
My husband and I didn't like these at all. We thought they were very bland and were definitely missing that something special. I even added some sausage to them. I will not be making these again.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2009
This was awesome! I added some chicken to it for some protein. My husband and I both loved this. I brought some leftovers for lunch the next day and all of my coworkers demanded I give them the recipe. It is quick and easy to make. This is definitely a keeper in my recipe box!

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
My husband and I both thought this was a great tuna melt! The only change I made was to use sweet relish instead of celery, as I'm not a big celery fan. They were super yummy and made for a really quick meal after a long day at work!

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
My husband and I both really liked this recipe. I was a little skeptical at first because the ingredients list doesn't seem that appealing, but it was great!! The only changes I made was fresh garlic instead of powder and I doubled the sauce to have extra with the rice. This is definitely a keeper!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2009
I made this over the weekend for some friends and everyone raved about it! Like otheres, I did top mine with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. I also used 4 ozs of jalapenos and it wasn't too spicy at all. This is definitely going to be a keeper and will be served at many social gatherings to come!

Sausage-Cheese Balls

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2009
I made these for a party over the weekend and they were very yummy. They had that little bit of extra "something" that the 3 ingredient sausage-cheese balls lack. I will toss the old recipe and keep this one for sure! I got lots of compliments!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
Overall this recipe was good. I am giving it 3 stars becuase it tastes so much different then the chicken and dumplings that I grew up eating. I used a can of chicken broth instead of water as other users had suggested. If i made this again, I might use 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of mushroom. Overall though, it was good and filling and super easy!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: May 31, 2008
This is an awesome torilla soup. I had a tortilla soup recipe for the slow cooker that I had been making and decided to try this one for a change, and it blew the other recipe out of the water! I followed the recipe exactly, except I added a can of black bean during the last hour of cooking, and it was fabulous! Definitely a keeper!

Eileen's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2007
I made this last night and my boyfriend and I loved it!! I followed other users advice and cut the breadcrumbs back to 1 cup. After uncovering mine, I basted the tops with ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard mixture and baked for an additional 15 minutes. Loved it! Will definitely become a staple in our house!!!

Crispy Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2007
I used boneless skinless chicken tenders for this recipe and they turned out great! I did add a little bit of grill seasoning to the breading mixture to give it a little bit of kick. Thanks for the recipe!!
