Bread Pudding

Absolutely delicious! I used an 8x11 rectangle dish. I changed the bread to 4 1/2C (yeast dinner rolls)and added 1/2 C of chopped fresh strawberries for a variation.Otherwise I followed the recipe. Perfect. I will make this everytime I want bread pudding.I can't wait to make it for company!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Turkey Cranwich

I was a bit dissapointed.. This sounds delicious but it just lacked in the taste category. I even lightly toasted the bread and heated the turkey. I think it would taste better on a grain bread instead of sour dough

Crustless Spinach Quiche

I made this last night. Absolutely delicious! I doubled the recipe for a 9x13 dish. I did saute fresh mushroom slices with the onion and added a pinch of nutmeg and about 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne and a dash of tobasco. Yum

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

The taste was good, but it wasn't the taste I was expecting. I did increase the Old Bay as suggested by others. I will make again but without the expectation of "crab" cake. Crab cake texture but not taste. Tasty zucchini patty regardless.

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute

Perfect just as it is! I made this for Chrismas Eve and it was a hugh hit. I cut the rosemary by half(personal preference). Perfect appetizer. Be sure to let it sit the hour before cutting into it or it will probably ooze the cheese, but even so it is delicious

Holiday Brie en Croute

For Christmas Eve I made this using the apricot preserves. Absolutely delicious. I did not change a thing. I used the highest quality of preserve I could find at my store. The brie size wasn't exact so I just adjusted the preserves and almonds. Everyone loved it. Was my first time baking brie en croute. It was simple and easy and looked like it was bought from an expensive bakery. Very impressive appetizer in taste and appearance!

Fruit Dip II

I too used strawberry cream cheese, 1 T orange juice and cut the Cool Whip to half a cup. Delicious dip for fruit. Guests loved it!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

I did add about 2 teaspoons of brown sugar to the glaze. I spooned the glaze over the filets instead of placing the filet in the glaze to cook. Delicious!

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce III

Yummy. I cut down on the whiskey just as a preference of mine. Added it to taste. I used stale french bread and the tops of Sara Lee hamburger buns. Tasty

Seafood Salad Supreme

Excellent seafood salad. This certainly gets added to my keeper recipes. I did end up adding a bit more Old Bay, otherwise followed the recipe. It's delicious as is or it's a great start to being creative. Can't go wrong.

Smoked Salmon Mousse

This really is delicious but for me the salmon flavor was kind of overpowered by the cream cheese. I used sockeye so maybe I need to try and different variety of salmon. But all in all it was delicious.
