YUMMY! This is one of my first times trying to fry anything, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! I did, however, change a few things. As some of the other members suggested, I pounded the chicken before cooking it, and tinkered with the combination of seasonings. I cooked two small tester breasts to check the flavor of the crust, in the end, I added about 4 tablespoons of seasoned salt to get the flavor I wanted. All in all, this is a great recipe and I will definately add this to my list of dinner ideas! Thanks!
