Onion Rings

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
So easy. I added a couple pinches of taco seasoning mix, a teaspoon of garlic powder and a few dashes of tabasco. Just make sure your batter is thick enough to cover your onion. My batter was a little too thin in the beginning so I had to add a little more batter to thicken it up. Came out beautifully.

Tartar Sauce I

Wow so easy. I'll never buy bottled again. I used light mayo and crystalized lemon and let it sit for a bit. Don't skip the lemon it made all the difference.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

So moist. My family loved them. I even just stuck them in the oven right after breading and they still came out great.

Cedar Plank-Grilled Salmon with Garlic, Lemon and Dill

This came out perfect. I had a few flare-ups with the cedar plank but it did not ruin the recipe. Will def make this again.

Garlic Croutons

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2007
What an easy and tasty recipe. I baked mine for about 9 minutes and they came out perfect. I used a bread dipping mix that was given to me as a gift, so I sprinkled this into the butter mixture and it worked just as well.
