I love to cook, but usually have little time to do it. I love to bake, more than anything, because of my gigantic sweet tooth! My family always makes a yellow cake with a special chocolate frosting for birthdays. The frosting is the best part! I am told that I make a fabulous lasagna. I've had many, but I think my greatest cooking tragedy is that the family I have been blessed with does not share my fascination or appreciation for food, and would eat frozen pizza and hot dogs for every meal.
