About this Cook
I love to cook and eat. I have been experimenting with drinks lately. Can't make too many a day cause I get buzzed and can't tell if it is really good.
My favorite things to cook
I like cooking sauces. Especially with the tomatos from my garden. Shrimp, stir fry, Asian, Italian, good down home cooking, anything good.
My cooking tragedies
Nothing too bad. Tried making lasagna once. Came out kinda dry and the ground beef was not tasty. Took over two hours to make.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Easy to make. Kinda messy, but worth it. Best with a bleu cheese dip.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Awesome. Altered it slightly, but had a great taste, and easy to make. Made extra sauce and put over brown rice.

Asian Orange Chicken
Great recipe. I used 1/2 pineapple juice and 1/2 water. I also dipped the raw chicken in flour, then an egg mix ( 1T to one egg) then in the flour again. I also mixed up some orange slices, rind and all during the last step. Much better than any takeout.
