Banana Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
Definitely not a normal cookie if that's what you're looking for. It's more of a cake like texture - I even put some batter into muffin tins and made muffins with it. It could seriously use some spices like cinnamon or nutmeg. It's too bland.

Butterscotch Buns

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2007
This is absolutely amazing and so easy! It's almost sinful to get such great tasting buns without the added effort of yeast and rising time. Instead of walnuts, I used Skor toffee bits and added a simple glaze to the top when still warm. We couldn't keep our hands off of them. Whoever made these before and said they were a globby mess probably didn't bake them long enough or they prefer the hard rolls. These are definitely the gooiest! Wonderful!!

Butter Brickle Frozen Delight

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2007
This is amazing! And judging by the ingredients, anyone that does not have a sweet tooth should not even try it! It's very rich but I couldn't stay out of it! It was super easy to assemble. To make sure the caramel sauce doesn't stick to the sides, pour it away from the sides of the pan. It will eventually spread all over. I didn't have any pecans around, but it tasted great without that addition. I even didn't have any oats, so I ended up using a package of instant oatmeal! This dessert is very versatile to suit your tastes! Maybe I'll try chocolate sauce next time!!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2007
OH MY GOD! This cookies are the most amazing things you will ever eat! They don't often make too many actual cookies because we always end up eating the batter right out of the bowl. My roommates always ask when I'm going to make the next batch so they can be ready with a spoon and a big glass of cold milk! Whoever came up with this one, I salute you! And don't be afraid to add in anything extra. We love chocolate so extra chips or chopped chocolate bars are an added bonus. This recipe is definitely going to be passed on to many people!!
