Kellogg's® Chocolate Scotcheroos

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
Love the taste, but for some reason my turned out dry. They only taste chewy if I warm them up in the microwave for 10 seconds first. Followed the recipe exactly so I'm not sure why they are so dry.

Classic Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
Best bran muffin recipe by far! I doubled it and used my own sour milk, and kept the sugar to 1 cup. Added a bit extra vanilla and 1 tsp. of cinnamon and 2 tbsp. of ground flax seed. They came out nice and moist. I'll be making these often, what a great way to sneak some good stuff into picky eaters!

Mississippi Mud Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2010
Liked but didn't love. I decided to not mix the marshmallows into the batter, but put them ontop of the baked bottom. That worked out fine and so did the topping but for some reason my bottom did not bake entirely so I was left with mushy uncooked goop. I even baked for 5 minutes longer than needed. Not sure what happened. Maybe someone else has a pointer for me so I can give them another shot.

Loved these. Didn't do the butter/spread and added grated orange peel to the batter. Delicious.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

My family and I liked it. Kind of a glorified spaghetti sauce really. I served over penne noodles but rice would be great too.

Very delicious. I didn't do the chips. I put into flour tortillas and rolled them up and had all the fixings to go along with them.

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
I doubled it, used plain yogurt and grated a whole lemons worth of peel into the dry ingredients. I also squeezed the juice from the lemon into the wet ingredients. Used frozen blueberries. They were yummy and super moist. Loved the lemon blueberry flavor.

Mapled Ham

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
Really enjoyed this recipe. I have to give it four stars though because I didn't do exactly like the recipe said. I used half the amount of ham and didn't use pineapple just because I didn't have any. Also, instead of the whole cloves I just srinkled on some ground cloves before baking and it was perfect mixed in with the sauce. I halved the sauce and water. Super yummy. The sauce was awesome, loved the maple flavoring. I will definitely do this again. Thanks.
