Easy Garlic Ginger Chicken

Danish Pastry Apple Bars

I added more cinnamon (I am addicted to it) and an egg to the filling to make it thicker. Over all a very nice recipe!

Tilapia with Tomatoes, Black Olives and Corn

I used minced garlic instead, and canned corn. I really enjoyed it. I plan to add another can of diced tomatoes next time.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

I was leery about using canned crescent dough, but it made it all so simple and easy to do. This is a great recipe to play around with I think - a base to add on to. Thanks!

Sukhothai Pad Thai

A little difficult to manage the first time I made it, but the second time it did not take as long. I added the whole package of tofu and used a little extra soy sauce.
