Wonderfully flavorful! I used fresh cabbage instead of the bag and it was just as easy, and looks a lot brighter with the fresh vegetables.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This recipe is a huge hit in my house! I use fresh vegetables and cook them in 1 stick of butter (yes, 1 stick) vs. boiling them and decrease the salt to 1/4 tsp. I comes out absolutely perfect with just the right amount of gravy (not too dry/not too wet). This is one of those staple meals that I always keep the ingredients on hand and no one ever says no to this dish. ;)

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

Great tasting batter, will definitely use this again. I used the left over batter on the fries that I made with this to try and match the battered fries I have had in New England from the fish & chip restaurants. Wasn't exactly the same, but still tasted good. Just make sure you let the excess batter drip off the fries before you stick them in the frier. For those who gave this a poor rating, adjust the recipe to your "salt" taste the next time, but down give it a bad rating just because it has too much salt for you.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Awesome!! Used frozen blueberries and it turned out great, only thing with frozen blueberries is you never know if they are sweet or not. Would definitely recommend this recipe to everyone!!!

Cocktail Meatballs

Love this recipe, used pre-made frozen meatballs for the first time, would probably use them again, but a better brand. Did not change anything else. Definitely a perfect "quick" cocktail item for any party. Tastes great, just the way it is!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Made these cookies several days ago, and they are still fresh/soft/chewy. I have read some reviews c/o the flavors being too overwhelming. I personally do not like cloves, so I substituted "allspice" instead. Awesome flavor. Definitely refrigerate the cookies for about 1/2 hour to an hour before rolling.
