Tasty Meat Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2004
This was different alomost like sheperds pie. I made a mistake and used Veg Beef soup so there was no need to add carrots etc. I did cube 1 small potato and came out fine. I may make this again but use cream of beef soup, potatoes and frozen veggies.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2004
Very easy to make and a true keeper. I use the crockpot at nights when we are sleeping. All I have to do then is heat it up in the microwave when ready to eat.

Tried this recipe for the first time and it was quite tasty. The instructions were a bit confusing and could of been written better. This recipe will be excellent on a cold winter night. Thanks Erica G! RamonaNJ

No Bake Sugar Free Strawberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2014
Super easy! I used a prepared graham cracker pie shell to fill. Fresh strawberries not in season so we had it plain. Better the next day to set firm. Many possibilities with trying different sugar free puddings such as pistachio.

Egg Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
I was very pleased with this recipe. My son has an egg allergy and was a home run for my little one. I did use 50/50 white sugar and brown sugar. I went with Toll House white chocolate chips and took the advice from another reviewer to flatten the cookie down with a fork before baking. I dipped a fork in the white sugar first to flatten. This recipe yields a good amount of cookies too. I am going to make another batch but this time we are going to place a hershey kiss or peanut butter cup. A true hit - thank you.

Chicken Savoy

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2004
I norbally have bad luck baking chicken because the meat dries out. Well no more! My first batch I used chicken legs. I also marinated for a day prior to baking. You may want to omit the salt being the cheese has salt in it as well. Other than that this was very easy to make and yummy. My husband liked this dish and even licked his plate!

What a wonderful marinade. We have used this for flank steak, chicken (legs and tenders) and pork chops. I whisked the ingredients instead of using the blender. This is a true keepes for sure! Hats off to Martha. Ramona, NJ
