Outstanding, I get asked to make this a lot. I don't change a thing, except I melt the frosting in the microwave first to make spreading easier.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Couldn't believe how easy it was to make wings that taste just like the famous restaurant chain's. You can play around with the sauce to make all different flavors - one I just tried that came out good was 1/4 cup melted butter with a tsp or 2 of garlic powder, toss with the cooked wings and then add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, tossing again

Maria's Broccoli Rabe

I do not eat this myself, but I make it for my g/f all the time and she loves it. In case you are having trouble finding it in the store, it is also called rapini (guess it depends on where you are). My g/f likes it bitter, so she makes me look for the one with the most flowers, the more flowers in the bunch the bitterer it is

Restaurant-Style Extra Crispy Chicken

Truly makes a crispy shell and juicy meat. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the coating as written is very bland, need to add some seasonings to the flour mix. A helpful tip, split the flour mix in half, use 1 half for the dry chicken and 1 half for after you dip into the egg/milk mix.

This has become the recipe I get asked to make whenever we are invited somewhere. It gets raves from everyone. I do reduce the pasta to 1/2 lb, use chicken broth in place of water, and during cooking I leave the pot covered (to avoid the liquid being totally absorbed by the pasta), but otherwise I follow the recipe exactly, and the results are amazing. One time I tried browning a pound of ground sausage and adding it to the soup, and it was good that way too, but certainly not necessary
