Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2014
Great recipe. I didn't have blueberries so i used apple and carrots instead. I think in the future i am going to use applesauce instead of oil and switch out some white sugar for brown.

Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2013
My husband made this the first time and it came out great. We used a can of coconut milk instead of all milk. The second time I made the pie it didn't set. I saw that other people had this problem and I believe it is because it was not cooked on the stove long enough. The filing is good though.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2012
I absolutely love this recipe. I accidently used half a stick of butter instead of half a cup of butter and they still turned out awesome. I also baked them at 350 for ten minutes. I had to make second batch because I couldn’t stop eating them.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
It was pretty good. The only thing I did differently is add minced carrots. I think next time I will try chicken or brown gravy instead of the country gravy and add chicken.

Cheeseburger Soup I

This soup was excellent. The only thing I changed is that I used beef broth instead of chicken and added two beef bouillons.

Took me no time to make. It was very good. I recommend Rotel tomatoes, they are a bit spicy but add a good flavor.

This recipe is pretty good. The only thing is that it needed salt. I think I would put salt in the ground beef next time.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2008
It was pretty good. We just threw all the ingredients into a crock pot and let it cook over night. We will probably make it again. Maybe make it spicy. The recipe does need salt.

Chicken and Mushroom Chowder

I thought it was a little bland. I had to add some spices to give it flavor. I also added some corn. I dont know if I will make this again.
