Chili Seasoning Mix II
Love this recipe. I scale it up to make several servings. Bottle it to make it easier when I make chili. If you leave the flour out, you use 2 tbsp. per pound of meat.

Onion Soup Mix
Love this. I make a big batch minus the bullion. I use Better than Bullion Base. Makes it easy to throw into a recipe that way.

Taco Seasoning I
This is great. The only thing I do different is to replace half the chili powder with chipotle chili powder. I like it that way.
