This was UNBELIEVABLE! I am a vegetarian, so I made a couple of adjustments. I used a baguette that was freshly baked at the local grocery story, and ommited the liver. I used soy protein sausage (SO GOOD), and couldn't afford all of the fresh herbs, so I used some rosemary and thyme "icecubes" that I had made from my fresh herb plants this past summer. I did splurge and buy the fresh parsley. Since I didn't put it in the turkey, I used a little over a cup of veggie stock, popped it in a greased pan, and cooked it for an hour at 350. It came out PERFECT. The only change I would make for next time - break up the bread a little smaller and maybe add another apple. SO GOOD!!
