Chicken Florentine Casserole

Too salty...Yucky spinach...If I EVER make this again I will use fresh spinach, real bacon, and low sodium salt. But, I will probably never come back to this recipe!

Portobello Mushroom, Fresh Peppers and Goat Cheese Pizza

Good stuff! We did make our own crust...it just tastes so much better. Also, we sauteed the veggies before baking (no artichokes on our pizza), and pre-baked the crust. If you like "zing" this is your pizza.

Teriyaki Wraps

What a waste of our vegetables! This recipe was so salty we couldn't even eat it. Adding soy sauce and salt on top of teriyaki sauce is a heart attack waiting to happen. We would never recommend this to anyone!
