Zucchini Crustless Quiche

This was pretty good. I did however make a couple changes. I make quiche about twice a month so this is not a new menu item for us but adding zucchini to and making it without a crust was! I only gave it 4 stars ONLY because I altered the recipe based on other reviews. I reduced the flour to just over 1/2 cup (I rarely measure) and added the a variety of cheeses to include the feta and parmesan as well as Mozerella as well as some white cheddar. I did add a full small onion that I chopped (not grated) and I used 2 yellow squash and 1 zucchini as that is what I had on hand. I also added italian seasoning, black pepper, a small amount of salt and a LOT of dried parsley...Again...i dont measure. I just eyeballed it all based on the reviews and the recipe as well and our our tastes. I did add 4 eggs and a small amount of milk. Typically when I make quiche I use mayo in it (thus i dont use but 3-4 eggs since it has eggs) but I decided to just up the cheese just for this recipe...it was already filling my pan up quick! It looks great now and smells great! Cant wait to eat! Bread finishing in oven and salad ready! Yum Yum! Hubby wanted a bit less bread (therefore no crust was GREAT!) Thanks for recipe !!!! :)

Sour Cream Chicken Quiche

I make a very similar quiche...and will make this tonight...updating this review after that. I generally add mayo instead of sour cream but as I have sour cream presently that I want to use up this looks good! May add a bit of tang to it...I use it in cheese cakes and it works out well so I dont see how it wont work out with this. I generally mix up my quiche with whatever veggies I have on hand in a shredded form to insure they cook evenly, a couple cheeses, 3-4 eggs since there are eggs in mayo as well it is ubber creamy and a touch of milk. It would also have chopped onion, salt, & pepper as in this recipe. So not that different. Then i can just vary the rest of my seasonings by whatever I have put in it...am I going for an Italian taste? Mexian? whatever...have even mixed tune into my quiche mix. Worked out great. Cant wait to mix this up with the sour cream!!!! :) I am positive it will turn our awesome!

Veggie Shrimp Fettuccine

I made a couple alterations to this recipe: used 1/2 onion onion 2 medium tomatos 1 tsp from minced garlic from jar 1 tbsp butter & 1/2 tsp tsp EVO chicken broth from halal chicken source added 1/4 tsp oregano & a sprinkle of red chili flakes

Seafood Mocequa

I adjusted this recipe just slightly for my husband's taste. He doesn't like spicy at all so I couldnt really use any peppers. I altered the recipe with 1 1/2 tsp of dried red pepper instead...so it provided the needed heat but not the major intensity. I also used Talapia as my fish, and as we are Muslim we always use halal products as well so I used a halal fish stock cubes for my broth. For the coconut milk, I used the coconut WATER instead! We had recently opened a coconut & i had saved the water in an ice cube tray for use in curries in lieu of milk-- So we ended up with this really nice tropical style dish with a slight hint of the coconut & peppers--none of it too overwhelming--all of the flavors blended SO well!!!! and yet it was very much unlike anything he had eaten in the past! He really enjoyed this & has requested I prepare this again in the future!

Fried Apple Pies

These were awesome! I made this morning. I refrigerated my dough for a little while after making and it rolled out so smoothly. The apple pie filling was sweet but not syrupy sweet...very nice. I gave some to a friend of mine and her husband loved them too! Had to eat 2 of them!!! I sprinkled mine with cinnamon and sugar after frying. Make this recipe and you wont be disappointed!
