Raspberry Chocolate Supremes

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2013
Made this for coworkers and it got rave reviews. I doubled the entire recipe. The only changes I made were a tsp of vanilla and pecans to the crust, and I used water a tablespoon at a time until the dough held together. It was excellent. Thanks for sharing!

Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
I love this recipe and have been making it as is for a few years. I just took it to a potluck today and they were gone w/in minutes. One person said they were the best stuffed peppers he's ever eaten, another hugged me after eating one and begged for the recipe, and word of mouth was so good that people who didn't get any were asking for the recipe. Just wanted to let you know! :)

Dirty Diapers

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2010
I loved this recipe! I seasoned the hamburger with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Then I sauted onion, jalapeno and garlic and mixed the cheese and the veggies in the meat. I sprinkled shredded cheese on top of the stuffed diapers and then baked. Yummy!

Zucchini Boats on the Grill

Really good...I just forgot to add the breadcrumbs, so all the stuffing fell out, but I'll definitely make this again. Thanks for the great recipe!

Abby's Chicken Rollatini

Reviewed: May 6, 2007
I made this with penne russo a la vodka, as suggested by other readers. It was excellent!! I made the chicken rolls in advance, and just put the oil and wine in the pan when I was ready to bake. Very yummy recipe. Thanks!

Penne Russo a la Vodka

Reviewed: May 6, 2007
I made this, along with Abby's Chicken Rollatini, for my boyfriend. He loved it. I followed the recipe, except I mixed the parm with the hot noodles instead of in the sauce, as suggested by other readers. It was excellent! I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

Elk Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2007
This was my first attempt at chili, and I am very happy with it! I used 2 pounds of ground deer, and only 1 onion. I rinsed the beans because I don't like the slimy texture canned beans have. I used a liberal amount of chili powder and only about 1/8 of a cup of brown sugar. I put everything into my crock pot, added 1 cup water, and cooked it on high for 3 hours. Next time, I will add only 1/2 cup water, but overall I am very happy with this recipe.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2007
I hated this recipe, sorry. It just didn't taste like real stroganoff to me. The color, the taste, the texture...it just didn't do it for me. My boyfriend absolutely loved it, so it will get a 2 star b/c liked it so much.
