Campbell's® Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2011
This gravy was amazing! I am really impressed and will be making this again. I do have to mention that I added beef boullian mix to the gravy, and it came out a little to salty to me. Next time I will just stick to the recipe with no additions.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
I made this the other night and sent half of it to my Husband's work. They raved about it (not that a whole bunch of guys are hard to please). I kept half at home and am trying my best to ration my portions so I don't consume so many calories. It is pretty good, and the best part is it is easy to make! The only problem I had is I used 3 whole packages of graham crackers and still ran out before I was finished with the top layer. You definitely need 3 for the size dish that you are supposed to use. I got it worked out though and will defnitely be making again when I need to bring a dish to a party. Also, I used 2 boxes of white chocolate pudding. It was awesome...I might try another flavor next time to see how that turns out.

These came out great and are easy to make. I cannot wait until Christmas comes so I can make them again this year.

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: May 18, 2006
I absolutely loved this recipe. I'm a beginner cook and this was so easy to make. I only marinated the chicken for an hour and that seemed to be enough. I added pineapple pieces to the kabobs and it was great! This is a wonderful and easy recipe!!!

Cucumber Sandwiches I

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
I love eating these. I am not a cucumber fan and still love these. The cucumber makes it so refreshing. I've seen many others bring these to parties and always wanted to know how to make them. Now I know and have made them twice so far. I will definitely be making these in the future!

Hawaiian Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2006
This was excellent and it's not too often I give a recipe 5 stars but this was worht it. I didn't grill the pineapple on top because I didn't have any on hand, but it was great even without it! The sauce made this extra special too. YUMMY! I will be making this over and over again!

Chicken Scampi II

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2006
I thought this was a great recipe. The scampi part of it tastes just like the shrimp scampi I order only with chicken instead. I made some white rice for the side and poured the extra sauce on top of it. Very yummy! This will be a recipe I will make again!!

Enhanced Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2006
Although I wasn't that fond of this recipe, I give it 5 stars because my husband loved it. He told me that it was almost as good as his moms which is a HUGE compliment because he is critical of almost everything I make. This is the first time he really liked what I made. To me, though, it had an odd taste to it. I can see how some would like it though.

Sugar Coated Pecans

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2006
I was waiting to find a recipe like these. I can never find these to purchase and have loved them every time I've tried them. This recipe is excellent and tastes just like the gourmet ones I've bought and costs a lot less money to make!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2006
This was so yummy I couldn't stop eating it last night! The only change I made was to use maple syrup instead of corn syrup since I didn't have any. It turned out spectacular! This will definitely be a recipe I will make over and over again!

Dave's Mocha Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
Not one of my favorites, but definitely something different. I was hesitant about the coffee, but it worked really well and the final product looked super yummy. I tried it with boneless chicken the second time, and it wasn't as good as bone-in. I will make this every once in awhile for something different.

Sweet Baby Carrots

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
These aren't too bad. The reason I give it four instead of less is these are the only way I can get my children and husband to eat carrots. They all are so picky with vegetables. I get tired of potatoes, corn, and green beans so anything different is wonderful in my eyes.

Asian Beef Skewers

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
These were AWESOME! They taste almost exactly like the ones you get at an asian restaraunt. The only reason why I only gave it 4 is they were a bit salty to me. I think next time I will use low sodium soy sauce to see if that helps with the saltiness. I put these on top of white rice; yum! I will definitely be making these again!

Crispy Coconut Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2006
I thought these were pretty good. I really wish they were a bit crispier though. I made this with the pina colada sauce that Red Lobster makes and it wasn't too bad. My husband , on the other hand, wasn't too fond of them. He knew they were made with coconut and doesn't really like coconut. I would probably make this again but not too often.

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: May 25, 2006
This was pretty good. I wanted to try to make my own Mac and Cheese since my husband had his own recipe. I definitely liked mine more. I used sharp cheddar as some suggested. I also used a little more Velveeta than suggested. I don't know if that was a good thing or not because it came out very thick. I also see where people were saying it comes out gritty as mine did too but I didn't mind too much nor did my family. I will definitely make this one again sometime.

These were really good. I cooked them in the deep fryer and they tasted just like warm donuts. This was a really great and fast treat. I made mine with powdered sugar mixed with a little cinnamon. Yummy!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 19, 2006
I thought it was excellent. My husband, on the other hand, didn't like the cinnamon taste. Next time I will cook without the cinnamon and see how it comes out. Also, for some reason mine burnt pretty bad on the smaller piece even though I followed the directions for grilling. I think I will either wrap it in foil or cook on the top rack next time. Oh, and others had suggested I used Red Wine Viniger instead of the sherry. All in all it was pretty good!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2011
I followed the directions exactly as it says. It was fantastic...even my husband said so, and I can never get him to admit he likes something. The only thing I would change is to add more marsala next time. There wasn't enough sauce in my opinion. It was either that or my pan was to large to really scoop it out. Either way, still very tasty. I served it over spaghetti noodles with a little olive oil and garlic. Yum!

Breaded Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
I was quite pleased with this recipe. I am always nervous when making baked chicken because I'm afraid the chicken won't cook all the way through but this was cooked to perfection. The meat was very tender. Next time I will pound the chicken out first though as the pieces were too thick and it didn't taste as though there was enough breading. I will also probably use italian bread crumbs as I didn't notice a preferably taste with the stuffing over breadcrumbs and it was more of a hassle than it's worth. I did add 3 cheese spagetti sauce and motzarella cheese about 5 minutes before it was ready because to me that makes true chicken parmasan. I put the chicken on top of noodles. I had no complaints at the dinner table...and I have tough critics here at home. I will definitely be making this again!
