Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

So easy and great tasting. I made this for my vegan friend and used 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in replace of the butter.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

Turned out great! i used the crockpot meth. and did not use beer. I poured about 4oz Irish whisky then coverd the rest with water! Great taste, leftovers even better!

Jalapeno Chicken II

Crowd pleaser! Used whole jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese and then stuffed chicken. Used 2 pieces of bacon to secure and keep chicken moist. Cooked in oven: Preheat 400 and cook 25 min. Add to broiler to crisp bacon 5 minutes.

Pesto Shrimp Sandwich

Great kick to shrimp pesto! I followed the advice of other ratings. I tossed the shrimp in a beer batter w/ garlic powder, white pepper, black pepper, and crushed red peppers. Fried the shrimp in butter. I did not at the pesto to the shrimp, but spread the pesto on the butter baguette. I also sprinkled the shrimp with parmesean cheese right before serving. I got raving reviews from my friends!
