Baked Chicken Wings
These wings were superbowl worthy. I made them just as the recipe called for. I did flip the wings over after about 45 minutes and cooked them another 45 minutes to get them perfectly brown on all sides. After cooking I took 1/2 of the wings and put a hot sauce on them and put those back in the oven for 5 minutes. Two great kinds of wings from one recipe. My grandson liked them so much he wants to make them next he comes over to my house. Yippee.

Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes
I have made this 3 times in the last month. It is wonderful. Before I gave my review I wanted to try it a few different ways. It is well worth the time to make. Here are my changes. When I sauteed the garlic I added some crushed red pepper. Your choice as to how much. I added 1 tsp. - we like the heat. I used one can of diced tomatoes with the juice and added about 1/2 pint of grape tomates. I also use chicken broth in place of the wne. Half way thru cooking I mashed the tomatoes with a potato masher. Also when cooking the sauce I add 1 TBLS tomato paste. At the end I add 2 TBLS sour cream. Be sure to use medium shrimp. That way you get plenty of shrimp with each serving.

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
These were such a big hit. I made a large batch (doubled the recipe) of them for a christening for my granddaughter last night and every one disappeared and was asked repeatedly for the recipe. I used a chopper to finely chop the mushroom stems and the onion and used a fork to mix all the cheeses together - did not use a blender. I mixed two different cheeses to make these along with the cream cheese. I used a good quality blue cheese for 1/2 and used a sharp cheddar cheese which was finely grated for the other half. Lots of great flavors. Definifitely try this recipe.
