Light Oat Bread
This was a great bread. I must say, I added a few things to make it sweeter. I increased the brown sugar to 3 tbs, added golden raisins, chopped pecans, and some flax seeds. It was great! Moist and dense.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread II
pretty yummy. very soft and moist. i will make it again, but with more raisins and cinnamon.

Monkey Bread II
pretty good. i made mine w/pecans and golden raisins. beware:the sugary syrup and raisins will go over the side of the pan! use a cookie sheet underneath!!
