Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I love this broccoli salad recipe. I follow the recipe exactly and everyone always raves about how good it tastes and loves the dressing. I will be making this over and over.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

I tried this recipe twice to take to different gatherings. The first time I used crescent rolls instead of biscuits and the second time I used pie crust. They were a big hit both times but I preferred the pie crust. I made double batches and didn't have any left both times. They were great finger foods for brunch and a picnic. The only other change I made was adding all the cinnamon to the apples and just sprinkling sugar on top. These were amazing and I will definitely make them again!

Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes

These pancakes were very good and so healthy. I only gave it 4 stars because they are a little bland but they are great since I am on a restricted diet right now and can not have very much sugar. I also had to omit the blueberries for now so that may have added some more flavor. My whole family loved them too (and they are picky eaters). This recipe is definitely a keeper and I can't wait to add some fruit to these!

One Dish Chicken Bake

This recipe was so simple and tasted good. The only thing I changed was adding some seasoning to the chicken and I would have preferred more stuffing. I will definitely make this again.

Peach Coffee Cake II

I thought this recipe was very good. I made it for a Labor Day picnic and every raved about it. It was a little time consuming and hard to spread the batter but it was worth it. The only changes I made was to add some flour, cinnamon,sugar and nutmeg to the peaches for some added flavor. I will definitely be making this again.

Country House Fudge

This is the best and easiest chocolate fudge recipe I have ever made. Everyone loves it and it doesn't last long. The only change I made was I poured it in one 9x13 pan instead of two because I found it hard to separate and spread smoothly between two pans but it still tastes great. Will definitely keep this recipe forever.

Red, White and Blue Ambrosia

I made this for a family reunion and everyone liked it. I didn't add the coconut because my family doesn't like it but I think it would be good because it lacked the sweetness from the coconut. I will make again but will add more pineapple for a sweeter flavor.
