Curried Wild Rice and Squash Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2014
I LOVED this soup! I don't usually cook with curry, because even though I like it, it scares me a little - just haven't worked with it enough. Thank you for such a nutritious soup! I did go ahead and add chopped red pepper, shredded carrot and chopped chicken. This is going into my rotation!

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2012
Very delicious recipe! I've made it 3 times in the last week. The last one I made was strawberry; we'll be trying that one tonight. Had no problem with the evaporated milk whipping. I did put the bowl, beater and milk in the fridge to chill.

We really enjoyed this recipe. We had this instead of the traditional for Thanksgiving. I will be making this again!

Pork & Pineapple Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
My family really liked this recipe! I made a few changes. I had left-over pork loin, so I used that. I had no fresh (or tidbits or chunks) of pineapple, so I used crushed. It was good, but having the chunks will probably be more tasty. I also had no snow peas, so I added fresh asparagus. Yum! I also added more plum sauce than was called for. I thought about adding sesame seeds. I think that might be a nice addition. I'll save that for the next time I make this recipe. Thank you for posting!

Ratatouille

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2009
I took the advice of another cook and made it on the stove top. Will definitely try it in the oven next time. I added basil and rosemary. We all enjoyed it! Will review again after I make it in the oven!
