My favorite things to cook
I love to open the pantry and make something with whatever ingredients I find! I'm always coming up with new marinades and mixes. Lately, I've ventured deep into seafood cooking (try my Basil Scallop kabobs w/Stuffed broccoli-cheese rice Tomatoes! Yum!)
My cooking triumphs
I'm big into presentation... so, I'd have to say I triumph every time someone has one of my dishes and they are blown away at how the dish looks before they even taste it.
My cooking tragedies
I'm not big into baking.... don't even leave me near a batch of cookies, I manage to some how burn the bottoms! I've always thought highly of dessert chefs... it's a science that I have not grasped.
