Broccoli Cheese Soup

Very tasty and simple soup recipe. Reduce the cornstarch to 2-3 tablespoons......just enought to get the desired thickness. I don't like "puddingy" soups so used the lesser amount.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Absolutely delicious. I uses chicken broth rather than beer and it turned out wondeful. This will be one of our favorite soups.

Quick Gnocchi

They turned out quite well, but the three star rating is because they were fairly bland. I imagine the flavor is supposed to come from the sauce. I will try them again and the next time will add a bit more spice. More pepper, a bit more salt and maybe some garlic powder as well.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Wonderful, moist muffins. Just right amount of banana taste, not too much and not too little. The crumb topping adds just the right bit of pizzazz to take this muffin from ordinary, to slightly sassy.

Dipped Peanut Butter Logs

Coconut is not my favorite, but it is a favorite of my husband, and he loves these. I did not have to chill at all, but could form the logs as soon as everything was mixed with my KitchenAid machine. Good recipe.

Chocolate Caramel Candy

This is absolutely yummy and so addictive. I am not a fan of marshmallow in candy, but this one is wonderful. Everyone that has received this as a gift or tasted it, wants the recipe. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Absolutely the best blueberry muffin recipe I have ever tasted. Rich and moist and delicious. The only thing I would change is add extra blueberries...at least a 1/2 cup more.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

Absolutely fabulous. Thought the French dressing was wierd, but I was wrong. Next time I will make it with my own homemade cranberry sauce so that the cranberry flavor is a bit more intense. But definitely will try this again.

I have to agree with another reviewer. These were rather bland, even with more peanut butter and the nutella in the middle. Maybe a teaspoon of grape jelly in the centre would help, but I don't think I will bother trying these again. Good texture, though.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies

Absolutely mouth wateringly luscious. This is a definite keeper. Did not have any pecans so I added coconut right to the cream cheese mixture and I also added some baking cocoa to the cake part.
