Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

Very tasty. I did, however, make several modifications based upon what I had on hand. 1. Used cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Not a big change, but still a change. 2. Added 1 package of frozen spinach. 3. Added shredded carrots and zuchinni. 4. Loaded up on garlic because I love it. Fantastic basic veggie lasgana recipe. Great for Fridays in Lent!

Chicken Jambalaya I

this was awesome! I made minor changes such as olive oil for butter and cooking the chicken with the onion, celery, etc., and I added some frozen broccoli to boost up the veggies. all in all this is a fantastic recipe. will be adding it to my box.

Chicken Gruyere with Sauteed Mushrooms

Fantastic! I used raclette cheese instead because that was what I had on hand. Even with the substitution, this recipe was delicious.

German Brotchen Rolls

Excellent close to the brotchen I remember. Only 2 changes, cut the salt in half (my family doesn't salt much of anything, so 2 tsp would be ridiculously salty for us), and had to bake about 10 minutes longer. Also, could just be my oven, but they were not really crusty after just 20 min.
