Tuna noodle casserole-ugh! That was what my husband said the first time I made this - then he ate it. This has become a huge hit in our home. I mostly use garlic powder instead of chopping fresh - because I hate chopping garlic. I halve the recipe for just us two. I use twice the bread crumbs because we love the crunch. Since I started making this we eat it 3-4 times a month......usually per my husband's request. His co-workers think he is crazy when he raves about tuna noodle casserole night at work.
