I'm not sure if there was anyone else that used the sriracha chile sauce like I did...if so, then the result is an extremely HOT dish! It has a good flavor, but is incredibly spicy - and I can usually handle spice. Next time, I will cut the chile sauce in half. Those that used salsa instead and complained it was bland - that is probably why, the kick comes from the chile sauce. Otherwise, I liked this dish a lot, and like the sweetness with the spicy. I had no problems with the rice, mine cooked perfectly in the time suggested in the recipe.
