Vegetarian Mexican Inspired Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2013
Awesome main dish or side dish. We ate is as a side to enchiladas, it's always nice to find ways to add more veggies to your mexican meals. I had fresh tomatoes I needed to use up so I used them with a can of tomato sauce instead of canned chili style tomatoes. Added a bit more chili powder and cumin. It was a hit with husband and KIDS!!! It was nice to combine rice and beans instead of having to do two seperate sides. Will definitely add this to our Mexican meals rotation. Thanks for the yummy and easy recipe!

Not very flavorful. I tried the recipe a second time, thinking I should give it a second chance due to the high reviews...still not great.

Snickerdoodles III

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
LOOK NO FURTHER!! I have tried over a dozen recipes for Snickerdoodles (including "Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles" from this site), and this one BEATS THEM ALL! I have finally found it! I changed the sugar to cinnamon ratio from 1:1 to 2:1 (3 Tbs Sugar to 1.5 Tbs cinnamon). For me, too much cinnamon can easily overpower the fantastic flavor of the cookie. Otherwise followed recipe exactly. PERFECT! Thank you!

People could not stop raving about these. Wonderful! We tried all sorts of varieties, but the jam/jelly varieties were the best. Good luck!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
I live with the Snickerdoodle king, and this recipe was his favorite. Thanks for bringing our quest to an end. Oh, and it doesn't matter if you use new or older baking powder as others suggested...they come out with the same puffiness. Just FYI.

Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
Wonderful! We're picky with lasagna and this was superb. I followed the recipe exactly, except for the layering technique. As others suggested, 1) sauce, 2) noodles, 3) chicken/sauce mixture, 4) ricotta, 5) spinach. Repeat until chicken/sauce mixture is gone, then all the the mozzarella on top. It was a hit! Thanks!
