found this recipe and wanted to try it. looked easy enough followed some of the advice of others to make it better salt,peppered and minced garlic rubed in to the chops. made glaze on the stove before pouring on to chops,also added a pinch of cayanne pepper to the glaze. cooked 20min covered at 350, added a saved amount of glaze then cooked another 10 min. uncovered and cooked an addisional 10 for very nice browning. my chops were thin so they came out a little dry(but not tough) so i can see where the marinating could come in handy with thin cuts, but i did not have the time for it today. the chops are good with the rudabags i have them pictured with the sweet from them balences out the slight bitter taste of rudabagas.
