Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
wonderful recipe...my family loved these for Easter dessert. I used pecans instead of the walnuts and garnished icing with a whole pecan. They were very moist and delicious!

Italian Wedding Soup I
Very yummy, but could use a bit more broth for my taste. Especially after its chilled and reheated.

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake
I made this for a Christmas party and everyone loved it. I used espresso instead of instant coffee from the other reviews. It wasn't as rich as i thought it was going to be, but very yummy.
