Special Occasion Stuffed Crown Pork Roast

I made it tonight for my husband's birthday. I replaced the sugar with cranberry sauce as suggested by others. It was an amazing dish. The meat was moist and the stuffing was out of this world. I took it out of the oven when the meat reached 170 degrees - I was worried about drying it out but it was perfect. It is a definite keeper

Sauerbraten I

I'm not a big fan of potted meat of any kind. However, I've made this recipe about 6 times. Each time has been better than the last. I love this recipe. I don't use the sour cream at the end. I thicken it with flour instead. This rivals Sauerbraten in your fancy German restaurants.

Cajun Baked Catfish

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to on this one. First, I have to say that I'm not a fish eater. But catfish was on sale and I decided to give it a try. This recipe took NO time to prepare and came out sensational. I did the recipe exactly as written and it was excellent. This one is definitely a keeper. The fish was not too spicy but definitely had enough flavor for anyone's taste. I do not like spicy but my husband is not happy unless his mouth is on fire. We both thought it was great. I will be making it again!!!

Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken

I followed some of the other reviewers comments and cut the oil in half. The smell of this dish made everyone in the house hungry. It had sensational flavor. It's definitely a keeper. I did thicken the sauce to make a gravy. Next time I think I'll leave it as is. I think it needs a thinner sauce. Mine got too heavy. Anyway this was fast easy and soooo delicious!!
