Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2007
Great flavor, I will make again with less butter - it was greasy. It is definately not a 30 minute meal - unless maybe you are on a cooking show and everything is already cooked, chopped and measured, etc :)

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2007
Super easy & very good. The only changes I made were to season the chicken with garlic powder, celery salt, pepper; used shredded swiss instead of slices; used only 4 chicken breasts - turned out great! Thanks.

These are wonderful, if I could give it more stars I would! I used sugar free pudding and they turned out great. Thanks!

Ham and Cheese Bowties

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2007
Good flavor, I also added more ham as others suggested. Next time I will cut back on the flour as the sauce was pretty thick.

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2007
This was excellent! I took others advise and made a few changes - used 1/2 box of farfalle and full amount of sauce - it was just right; used italian seasoning instead of parsley, more pepper, and a little red pepper; only used 1/2 of butter; didn't have romano so I used about 1/2 cup of asiago cheese instead. I will definately make this again!!!

Creamy Chow Mein Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2007
It was good, but not anything exciting. If I make it again I think I might use sour cream instead of the evaporated mik to make it a little thicker, and maybe add a little cooked rice to absorb some of the saltiness

Savory Crescent Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2007
These were really good and very rich. Like others, I left out the pimentos and used bread crumbs instead of croutons. The filling kind of reminded me of a chicken version of crab rangoon. I will definately make these again, maybe next time I will make them smaller by using just one crescent roll.

Quick and Easy Ham with Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2007
I have tried lots of new recipes lately and this is the only one that my whole family actually ate and liked. I cubed the ham before assembling the packets to make it easy for the kids. They will definately be asking for this again.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2007
I don't like fish and I really liked this! I sprinkled breadcrumbs on the top as someone else suggested, next time I'll try adding some to the sauce to thicken it a little. Unfortunately none of the rest of my family liked it, but I still give it 5 stars!

My husband really liked these, though I thought they sounded better than they tasted.

Garlic Creamed Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2007
This had a good flavor, but the sauce was really thick, even after adding some chicken broth. However, I mistkenly used a whole package of cream cheese - which was way to much. I took the advise of others and browned the chicken first -in some chicken broth - it also saved time because I used frozen chicken breasts.

Tender Onion Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2007
It was really, really salty and very strong, almost overpowering with onion. However, it was easy and very tender. I'll try it again with 1/2 pkg of onion soup.

Kelsey's Cheesy Bacon Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2007
This was easy and good. I put in a baking dish and covered it with foil to avoid the cheese drying out as others had mentioned - it was tender and juicy.

Shrimp Versailles

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2006
This had a good flavor, I did add more green onions as others had suggested, however the sauce was really thick, I think next time I will cut back some of the cream cheese and maybe add some half & half or chicken broth to thin it a little. Otherwise it was great!
