Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Outstanding. Stayed chewy for a couple a couple of days. Kids had fun making shamrock and other shapes. I put a standard confections sugar icing on top and was a great combo.

Fanfreakintastic! Baked dozens of these over the holidays. Huge hit. They stay soft and delicious for days. I used these to send to the troops as part of a local drive - they'll stay tasty that long.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Absolutely fantastic. My kids are 7, 4 and 2 and very picky. This is a slam dunk. Its a little thick so added just a tiny bit more milk but otherwise didn't change a thing.

Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie)

This was awesome. I made it without the phyllo dough simply because I couldn't find it. I shared it with a Greek friend of my mine and was given a "stamp of approval." So I'm sure the dough version is excellent - but now that I've discovered the low-carb version and love it - think I stick with that one. Enjoy.

Bratwurst and Shrimp Boil

Perfect. Simple. I followed exactly. Next time I will add more seafood like scallops and less bratwurst simply from a fat intake perspective - not for taste because this was awesome.

Summer Beer I

Ok - this is stupid good if that makes sense. It seems strange adding the beer to the rest of the mixture. But it gives it a little extra fiz and tang. I used Heineken Light as the beer insert. Very happy.

Simple Grilled Lamb Chops

Although I don't agree, my wife tells this is the best thing I've made on the grill - I think my ribs are better but you get my point about these chops. Very simple. Oh and don't bother with the tin foil on the bone - takes to long and not necessary.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Good but not great. I like the concept but it is not the best cupcake ever. Concept is good. I might try with a frozen brownie in a chocolate cupcake for some chocolate indulgence thing. But do not feel the need to make this again.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

Excellent! Take extra care to run a knife around the edge between the cake and the pan as the carmel and brownie turn a little candied. Tastes great and comes with compliments.
