Crustless Cranberry Pie

Curried Mustard Greens with Kidney Beans

i changed some stuff in this. i added a cup (measured before cooking) brown rice and two and a half cubed chicken breasts, which i cooked with the shallots. i added the rice with the tomato sauce etc. i also halved the curry powder but ended up adding a few more dashes after all was said and done. i think this needed a little bit of salt, which i added and it improved the flavor. it turned out really tasty, and very filling !

Unsloppy Joes

god, this is so good. i, like other reviewers, halved the chili powder. i also added a little bit more tomato paste. this needs a liiittle bit of salt, but other than that, totally delicious and incredibly easy to make!

Chicken Jambalaya I

i loved this so much i ate it for as many consecutive meals as i could. i didn't change much except i doubled it and added low-fat kielbasa with the chicken, and used brown rice instead of white. filling and tasty!

Pizza with Pepper, Onion and Feta

the flavor of this pizza was SO good. my one complaint was that it was hard to keep everything on top of the pizza, the toppings kept falling off. next time i might use some low-fat cream cheese as a base, just to kind of glue it all together. REALLY tasty though. whole family loved it!

Sweet Heavenly Rice Dessert

my family loved this, but i thought the pineapple was overwhelming. i think i was expecting something closer to rice pudding than what this recipe offers. it's still pretty good though !

Cascadian Farm®'s Spinach Artichoke Dip

pretty good. i didn't have time to let it chill enough, so it was sliiightly runny, also i didn't chop up the garlic enough because i thought it would break up more in the food processor but that turned out to be not the case. i recommend using garlic powder because that'll dissolve and distribute better than garlic cloves themselves. good flavor otherwise !!

Poppy Seed and Banana Muffins

really tasty! i would use a little bit more banana just to bring out that flavor. on a side note, i could not find wheat bran ANYWHERE, so i ended up buying wheat bran cereal and crushing it up. it worked okay. probably would be even better if i could find the real thing.

Raspberry-Glazed Rosemary Chicken

Awesome! The chicken came out tender and juicy, and the raspberry coating was just sweet enough. I actually ended up making a little bit more of the raspberry glaze as a dipping sauce for the chicken. I recommend it !

Rachel's Cream Cheese Fruit Salad

totally delicious ! i recommend diving up the batch into "serve now" and "serve later" portions, and only adding the pretzels to the "serve now" half right before you put it out. otherwise they get soggy and the leftovers can be gross. REALLY tasty though.
